• The invisible fear of war. Premonitions. Weaknesses. Feelings that don't fit. A series about what seems far away, but is completely close.

    REMOTE FRONT LINE
  • Misty, foggy, distant. Traveling somewhere, observing, remembering. Looking to the future, but still searching in the past.

    MIST PEOPLE
  • Longing for Italy. Postcards are constantly being turned over, video sounds are blaring. And yet, it is imperative to be here, by the Baltic Sea, among the screaming seagulls.

    LONGING FOR THE BALTIC SEA

My work began with broad, sweeping strokes that lifted everything from within. It gradually became smaller sheets until it became an overwhelming world. Watercolor tamed me. Finally, it liberated me.
Now that I feel more confident in myself, everything happens more naturally, more openly, often more experimentally. Now the boundaries between calm and expression, between casting and broad strokes or even dot arrangements, have disappeared.
Everything with feeling, with authenticity and openness.

Painting. Illustration. Graphics. Who knows. Maybe more.
